– In this time of Corona Pandemic if you visit one of our event, we will record your contact details (first and last name, telephone number, full address or email address, time of attendance and, if applicable, space or table number) etc. It is necessary to maintain as per Indian Government guidelines to track the tracing of people in worst scenario. Your data will be transmitted to the responsible health department with your visit to us for the purpose of contact tracing and upon their request.

– As a festival event we will continually inform you about our events in the context of public relations reporting and that is where we use the basic data of yours like your name, email id, phone number etc.

– In order to enable you to participate, we store the following personal data: Form of address, title(s), language of communication, name, address, company and position in the company, phone number, email address, website, date of birth, place of birth, your payment details if applicable, nationality, country of origin, primary area of work, contribution to selected Yatha Katha International Film & Literature Festival if applicable, portrait photograph and your professional identification.

– If a film is submitted, we will also store the data related to the film and, if necessary, the film file itself.

– If a film is submitted, we will pass your data on to the selection juries, whom we have obliged to observe the data review. If you participate in the festival, the data will be forwarded in order to organize the festival team, management and security to have a proper review of your work and to make your visit comfortable at the festival venue during the festival.

– As per our festival policy, we publish your data as participants and make them available to other members of the film industry who are involved in the festival.

– We also publish your data as participant on our website & social media platforms to give you an intensive promotion in regard of your participation with us. We also publish your data in our publications and enable all former and current participants via our website and yearly souvenir magazine.

– Some functions of the website require the transfer of cookies as a technical basis. If you deactivate cookies, you will no longer be able to use these functions.

– We welcome your application/interests to our open forums, workshops and panel discussions for different artistic and cultural programs. For this purpose we store all information you provide to us, including your personal data. We disclose your personal data to our selection panel.

– You cannot copy and use any data, images, event flow, content, listings, tag lines or any kind of information for your personal or commercial use. This is strictly against our privacy policy and doing this may cause you legal trouble.

– Any conflicts and legal proceedings will be taken care in Mumbai Judiciary, Mumbai Maharashtra India.
